Our Mission

Our mission is to provide comprehensive aesthetic treatments to women who have experienced facial and jaw trauma, helping them overcome social stigma and rebuild their self-confidence. We envision a world where every woman, irrespective of her past traumas, has access to the aesthetic care she needs to feel confident and accepted. Our goal is to create a supportive and empowering environment that fosters resilience and self-esteem. PSM stands as a beacon of hope for women who have endured facial and jaw trauma.

Dr. Pritee Pandey

An esteemed Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, Dr. Pritee Pandey (Mishra) brings her extensive expertise and compassionate approach to this cause.

Her vision for PSM stems from her postgraduate experiences, where she treated numerous trauma victims who were left with permanent scars, both visible and invisible.

Her journey as an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon has brought her face to face with countless women who, after surviving traumatic incidents, bear visible and invisible scars for life.

Their stories of pain and resilience inspired her to establish PSM. Every surgery she performed during her postgraduate training was not just a medical procedure but a step towards restoring hope and dignity to those who had lost them.

Mr. Piyush Mishra

Driven by a profound commitment to social welfare, Mr. Piyush Mishra co-founded PSM with a dedication to supporting women in need. His vision and leadership have been pivotal in offering not just care, but compassion and empowerment. Mr. Mishra understands that women facing adversity require more than medical treatment; they need a sanctuary to heal, rediscover their strength, and rebuild their lives. This belief led him to establish PSM, a place for holistic care addressing physical, emotional, and psychological needs.

In partnership with Dr. Pritee, he has transformed the lives of women facing immense challenges, creating a nurturing environment where they can reclaim their identities and find renewed hope. Under their compassionate leadership, PSM integrates medical services with emotional support, counseling, skill development, and community engagement. They believe true empowerment comes from fostering resilience and independence, helping women thrive. Through their tireless efforts, PSM has become a beacon of hope, offering resources and opportunities for sustainable change. Mr. Mishra’s dedication to social justice and empowerment continues to inspire and drive PSM’s transformative work.

The Importance of an Aesthetic Treatment

Psychological Distress

Women with facial injuries frequently suffer from depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), significantly impacting their quality of life.

Social Isolation

The fear of judgment and rejection often leads to social withdrawal and loneliness.

Employment Challenges

Facial disfigurement can affect professional opportunities and career advancement, resulting in economic hardship.

Overall Quality of Life

The combined physical and psychological effects reduce the overall quality of life for these women.
